- The micro-processor controls time and temperature to make sure consistent cooking results. You are able to personalize your settings while using operation keys +/- to regulate cooking and temperature to attain your chosen cooking results.
- Sear/Sauté – Flexible temperatures causes it to be well suited for simmering, caramelizing and sautéing vegetables, and searing meat. Conditions from 250~425°F [120~220°C], it is simple to adjust time from a few minutes to at least one hour, having a default duration of half an hour.
- Stew – Conditions from 175~210°F [79~99°C], it is simple to adjust time from fifteen minutes to 4 hrs, having a default duration of 2 hrs.
