Bayou Classic, Premium 10-gallon Brew Kettle, 6-pc set, is made for the intense All-Grain Home Maker. This premium stainless kettle includes a tri-ply bottom and features a domed lid, stainless Spigot with Ball Valve, side-mount 3-inch Brew Thermometer varying 60-220 levels, stainless False Bottom that sets 3.25 Inch above the foot of the pot, along with a tube formed Filter Screen. Bulkhead fittings enable easy attachment of thermometer and spigot for any water-tight seal. Side calibration calculating in gallon and quart that read from inside from the kettle, enabling better level setting. The try-ply bottom promotes even heating and fights against scorching, as the all stainless construction doesn’t have interaction with wort or acids. The narrow diameter and side walls reduce the risk of boil overs and also the false bottom fits tightly around the low side indention to lessen particles and grain from entering the spigot chamber.
